Hoopla is the newest member of Westchester Public Library’s virtual library that is accessible via the library’s website.  Westchester Township resident patrons may now instantly borrow free digital movies, music, and more around the clock.  


This new digital service makes available thousands of movies, full music albums, audiobooks, and more, from Hollywood blockbusters to best-selling artists and authors – hits as well as the hard-to-find and niche items. 


Visit Hoopla’s website and sign up with your library card number. It’s easy and it’s free!

Overdrive for Kids

Overdrive for Teens

Overdrive is a collection of audiobooks and eBooks you can download to your computer or portable device such as a smart phone, tablet or audioplayer. Use your resident library card number to login.

You can check out up to 10 books at a time for a week or two and download them to your home computer for listening or reading. The book files become unplayable after the loan period expires.

If the book you want is being used by another patron, you can place a hold and be notified when it's your turn to borrow the book.

Overdrive also has a collection of additional e-books always available to patrons at any time that do not expire. These titles are EPUBS and can be accessed  with software you can download for free - Adobe Digital Editions. Look for the Always Available collection in the menu.

Your library card and account must be in good standing.

(A library card not in good standing might be caused by excessive fines. an expired card, an overdue address check, or some of of older cards have short bar code numbers - 12 digits - and must be replaced. Please contact the library if you have difficulty.)

  Zinio Button

Once you open an account using your library bar code number, Zinio provides full downloadable digital copies of 150 of your favorite magazines, viewable on your computer or mobile device.

InstantFlix allows you stream for free over 4200 classic and independent films, videos and documentaries to your computer or portable device. Access InstantFlix by using the same login you use for your Zinio account.

New Zinio and InstantFlix users - Go to the login page and click the "Create Account" button. You will be prompted to enter your library bar code number and register. A confirmation email will be sent to your email account.

Existing user's - Go directly to the login page and login or go to you Zinio Reader for magazines.

TumbleBook Library is an online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach the joys of reading to young children up to grade 2. The first time you login to the TumbleBook Library from home, you might be asked to enter your library card number.

 Talking TumbleBooks

TumbleBookCloud Junior is an online collection of read-along titles for grades 3-8. It contains early reader chapter books, children's classics, graphic novels, children's audio books and National Geographic videos.


TumbleBookCloud is an online collection of over 600 titles for middle school and high school readers. It contains a vast array of YA/Teen novels, classics, poetry, short stories, YA/Teen audiobooks, graphic novels, and world class videos from National Geographic.


AudioBookCloud is an audio collection of over 1,000 titles you stream to your computer and listen to online.


Login to Rocket Languages with your resident library card for online language instruction. Learn to speak read, and write French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and even American Sign Language among others.
